PORTUGAL: Portugal continued their poor form tonight by drawing with a 10-man Albania team. Portugal have not won in World Cup qualifying since their first qualification match.

Ronaldo played his second game after ankle surgery. The performance however was very forgetable. Without much of the ball, Ronaldo found it difficult to get going.

Portugal lies in third with only five points from the first three matches.

The Portuguese superstar, who has been a high-profile transfer target for Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer, said: ‘I will remain with Manchester United for at least another year.’

Cristiano Ronaldo is still recovering from foot surgery and is expected to sit out the first few Manchester United matches.
