Manchester United 1 Manchester City 2
MANCHESTER: United suffered their second derby defeat of the season as Darius Vassell and Benjani Mwaruwari scored first half goals that proved to be enough to take all the points. Michael Carrick scored a late goal that gave United hope; however, it was not enough and the better team won on the day. Cristiano Ronaldo put in an average performance and at the end of the day had nothing to show for his effort. Overall the midfield was disorganized and chances were hard to come by. The next match for United is at Old Trafford against high flying Arsenal in the FA Cup on February 16th.

Not a good game for Manchester United. It’s a huge hit towards winning the title. Arsenal has a nice lead now but it can all change in the coming weeks. Arsenal still has some big games against the top 4 in England.

Hopefully the 4-0 win against Arsenal can give us some confidence and dent Arsenal’s!
