Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro were born in Funchal, Madeira on Feb 5th, 1985. At 11 years old he moved to Lisbon to play for Sporting Lisboa and later on 2003 he signed with Manchester United.
Ronaldo improved a lot these years and now he is the big favorite to win the Fifa World Player 2008.
His best season so far, Cristiano Ronaldo scored 42 goals and won the Chamopions League and English Premier League.
He is also the Portuguese National Team captain and leader.
